Booking Terms 

What we need from you lovely bunch:

 

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 mins late that may mean we have to reschedule your appointment (we do not want to do that) or we might not be able to be as creative as we planned.

 

Deposits will be taking for big jobs i.e. balayage/colour correction and will be retained if you are a no show or for a late cancellation.

 

Justine Elizabeth Hair will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal items, so please don’t wear your best.

 

We require 48 hours' notice cancellation for any service. A 50% fee may be charged, or your deposit retained if you cancel outside of the 48 hour time frame.

 

CCTV will be used to record video & audio. This is to prevent misconduct and crime and to protect both our clients and our stylists. Justine Elizabeth Hair has all the correct insurances and licenses and is registered with HMRC.

 

We may request to photograph you after we have worked our magic. Any of our photos may be used for marketing or social media. You are of course more than welcome to decline any photos.

 

SKIN testing is a must at Justine Elizabeth Hair. It is mandatory for every new client 48 hours before an appointment to have a skin test done.

 

Please arrange a consultation/skin test so this can be completed.

 

This also applies to clients who have not reached the requirement or passed the questions asked on the allergy alert form.

 

You will not be able to attend your appointment until a skin test has been done.

 

Skin testing must be done

* Every 12 months

* If you have not had colour done within 6 month

* When you require a change in colour

 

The Allergy alert testing form is mandatory and needs to be done 72 hours before hand.

 

All complaints must be taking up with your stylist.

 

Aftercare is so important, we offer a range of products which help prolong colour and are majority vegan so no nasties which can strip your hair.

 

Please be aware if you are not using the aftercare we advise you on this may lead to colour fading.

 

Please only bring small children if necessary.
